Cadence was founded by Andrew Taylor — an operator with extensive senior leadership experience across some of the UK's most demanding and recognisable hospitality brands. Not as a consultant watching from the outside, but as the person running the P&L, developing the team, and holding the standard when the pressure was on.

Andrew has worked as a General Manager, Senior GM, and Development Lead — opening new sites, turning around underperforming operations, and building training programmes that outlasted his time in each business. At Wagamama he held the Head Chef role alongside his GM responsibilities during the Covid-19 recovery. At Loungers he led the training for two new openings simultaneously. At Las Iguanas Peterborough he built the team and framework from scratch and delivered £190,000 EBITDA in year one.

Cadence was built from years of operational experience and a genuine commitment to helping the businesses and teams that deserve the support to get it.
