How Each Session Works

Every Cadence training session follows the same four-stage structure — ensuring consistency of delivery while giving enough flexibility to adapt to your team and business context.

Sessions are designed to be delivered by Cadence, then owned and repeated internally. The trainer booklet stays with you. The knowledge stays with your team.
